As you know, our four presidential search finalists, Michael S. Brophy, Ph.D., Christopher M. Reber, Ph.D., Irene Rios, Ph.D., and J. Kyle Dalpe, Ph.D., visited campus earlier this semester for interviews and listening sessions with our college community. Thank you to all those who attended and gave feedback during those sessions!
The Board of Trustees has reviewed the feedback we received and put one candidate forward for approval from the SUNY Board. The SUNY Board is expected to vote on the approval of the finalist during their June 3 meeting. The name of the finalist and the details of the process remain confidential for now, but I will share more details and an announcement of the new president when all approvals are in place.
Thank you once again to those who participated in the search process and took the time to attend the listening sessions and share feedback, and as always, thank you for all you do for our college and students each day.
